Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service training solutions, contributing to sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage sales processes
- Expertise in Training sales or customer service teams, with a focus on onboarding and skill development
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Good understanding of AI-driven tools or training technologies is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
