• Background: Workers' compensation lost-time claims experience with prior team leadership exposure preferred
• Jurisdictions: AR, LA, MS claims handling experience required
• Licensing: AR, LA, MS
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote opportunity available

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a workers' compensation claims team handling varying claim volumes and complexities while maintaining strong service standards
• Promote adherence to company claims handling guidelines, best practices, and compliance standards
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of claims staff to foster a high-performing team environment
• Monitor workloads, establish performance expectations, and help drive operational efficiency
• Utilize claims systems and technology tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and service delivery
• Maintain professional communication with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Manage competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and support employee growth and development initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of workers' compensation claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certifications for jurisdictions handled
• Working knowledge of claims team operations and personnel functions

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in claims operations

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 per year
