Healthcare Recruiter USA / REMOTE

Career Land Center is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help us connect healthcare professionals with opportunities across the United States.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, making it ideal for recruiters who are self-motivated, organized, and confident in their ability to generate placements. If you already have experience recruiting healthcare talent in the U.S. and can demonstrate a track record of successful placements, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting within the United States
• Healthcare recruiting experience is required
• Ability to provide proof or examples of successful placements
• Strong understanding of U.S. geography and regional healthcare hiring markets
• Experience using CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals nationwide
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
• Screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Keeping candidate information organized and updated in the CRM
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no base salary.

Your earnings are directly tied to your placements, with unlimited income potential for recruiters who consistently deliver results.
