Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform, for a fully-remote Agency Partnerships Lead role. This is a US-based position requiring availability during EST hours.
Salary Range: $75-110K USD yearly (plus significant benefits and equity, OTE: $150-220K).

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agency Partnerships Lead (5-10 years) to establish our company as the go-to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform for agencies globally. This is a hands-on role focused on building our agency partnership program from the ground up. The ideal candidate possesses a strong network within the agency world, capable of leveraging existing relationships to drive revenue and position us as a category leader.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end agency partner pipeline, including prospecting, pitching, and closing significant deals with major holding companies (e.g., WPP, Omnicom).
- Develop and scale tiered partnership programs (referral, reseller, white-label).
- Cultivate and utilize a network of relationships with decision-makers at leading and boutique marketing agencies.
- Create essential enablement materials, such as pitch decks and case studies, to support agency partners in selling GEO services.
- Conduct webinars and represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and foster the partner community.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience selling B2B SaaS to marketing agencies.
- Previous experience in agency partnerships, agency sales, or strategic agency development; agency-focused Account Executive (AE) experience is also acceptable.
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience with an existing network of agency leaders.
- Experience in building or scaling a partner program at a Series A/B stage company.
- Fluency in GEO/AI search and SEO/SEM, with a strong understanding of how agencies sell search services and the ability to articulate value propositions to agency owners and their clients.
- Deep understanding of agency economics (retainers, project fees, margins) and the operational nuances of PR, digital, and marketing agencies.
- A 'builder mentality' with the ability to create playbooks and processes.
- Must be based in the US and able to work East Coast hours.
