Career Renew is recruiting for a Product Manager - Fintech for a hybrid role based in Jersey City. Salary range: 140-180K USD plus benefits.
Our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today's siloed systems. We are building AUSD and the stack, a full-service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless for developers, fintechs, and institutions.
About the Team
We bring the discipline of high-performance finance teams and the creativity of a fast-moving crypto-native startup. We are a small, mission-driven group of builders who move fast, sweat the details, and hold a high bar for excellence in product, code, and culture.
Responsibilities
You will own a meaningful slice of our product surface and drive it forward independently. Your responsibilities include:
- Setting strategy, writing specs, and shipping features with engineering.
- Analyzing customer usage data to inform future product decisions.
- Understanding customer needs by engaging directly with developers, fintechs, and institutions.
- Partnering with Business Development on strategic accounts where product feedback and revenue intersect.
- Deep-diving into technical details, including API design and settlement flows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in stablecoins, payments, or fintech.
- Serious UX craft with the ability to design flows that feel intuitive.
- High autonomy: ability to identify issues and ship fixes without extensive scaffolding.
- Proven track record of shipping work with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical instincts: ability to pull data, define metrics, and prioritize effectively.
- Comfort with technical and API-driven products.
- AI fluency: experience building with modern AI tools and a strong perspective on their application.
