What You'll Do
We are seeking a self-sufficient and naturally curious technical operator to own our Salesforce administration, data infrastructure, and reporting across our revenue stack. This role is crucial for building automations, maintaining data integrity, and creating visibility into business metrics to drive growth.
- Oversee Salesforce administration, including data governance, system hygiene, and building custom architecture.
- Design, implement, and maintain automations and integrations for the revenue technology stack.
- Build insightful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools using SQL to drive strategic decision-making.
- Partner with sales, finance, and customer success to define metrics, develop commission structures, and refine processes.
- Utilize AI and lightweight development to build tools and extend Salesforce capabilities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a revenue or sales operations role at an early-stage company (Mandatory).
- Experience in an early-stage revops or adjacent function at a sub-100 person company (Mandatory).
- Held at least one customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Strategy & Ops) (Mandatory).
- Hands-on Salesforce administration (flows, custom objects, validation rules) (Mandatory).
- Proficiency writing SQL queries against a data warehouse (Mandatory).
- Experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools (Mandatory).
- Experience in the cannabis or a highly regulated industry (Nice-to-have).
