Responsibilities
- Research hotel options and secure reservations
- Support clients with availability, rates, and questions
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings
- Maintain professionalism and timely responses
Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer-service mindset
- Comfort working in a virtual environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
