Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Administrative Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing administrative assistance, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and departments
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling requests
- Maintain records, files, and business documentation
- Assist with data entry and database updates
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities
- Respond to inquiries and route requests appropriately
- Organize and maintain digital records and files
- Support operational projects and administrative initiatives
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
- Ensure information accuracy and completeness
- Assist with process improvements and workflow organization
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
