Careerscape is partnering with a growing Marketing & Advertising company to hire a Remote Marketing Specialist for their distributed team. In this role, you'll help shape and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business goals. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of creatives, strategists, and product partners --- analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and bringing campaigns to life from concept through reporting.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to guide campaign strategy
• Partner with sales, product, and creative teams on product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Manage social media presence and produce engaging, on-brand content across platforms
• Develop marketing collateral, decks, and stakeholder presentations
• Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and report actionable insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of professional marketing experience
• Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or comparable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who works effectively independently and as part of a remote team
