ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Operations Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting daily business operations, coordinating projects, maintaining records, tracking workflows, and helping teams operate efficiently.

COMPENSATION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate daily operational activities
  • Track projects, workflows, and deadlines
  • Maintain business records and documentation
  • Prepare reports and operational summaries
  • Support cross-functional team communication
  • Monitor operational performance metrics
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings and project updates
  • Maintain databases and tracking systems
  • Support administrative and business operations tasks
  • Ensure accuracy of operational data
  • Assist with special projects as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset
