ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Program Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting program operations, coordinating projects, tracking activities, and ensuring program goals are achieved efficiently.

The Program Coordinator will work closely with program managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to support planning, communication, reporting, and day-to-day program execution.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate program activities, schedules, and deliverables
- Support planning and execution of ongoing projects and initiatives
- Track program milestones, deadlines, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and program updates
- Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution
- Support budget tracking and resource coordination
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Communicate program updates to internal teams and leadership
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in administration, operations, project support, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
NICE TO HAVE
- Internship or entry-level experience in project coordination
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Administrative or operations support experience
- Experience creating reports and presentations
- Interest in program management or business operations
