Social Media Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are supporting our client on a search for a Social Media Manager who will own how the brand shows up across every social channel. This is a high-visibility seat for a sharp marketer who is fluent in short-form video, community, and brand voice.

You will work hybrid out of a creative LA office and report to the head of marketing.

COMPENSATION

$60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Write, film, and edit short-form content
• Grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest
• Partner with brand, creative, and growth on campaigns
• Manage community, comments, and DMs
• Track performance against weekly and monthly KPIs
• Source, brief, and manage creator and influencer partnerships
• Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging formats

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of social media management for a brand, agency, or creator
• Strong portfolio across short-form video and editorial
• Comfort on camera and behind it
• Sharp brand instincts and great taste
• Hybrid presence in the LA office at least two days per week
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience growing a personal or brand following
• Familiarity with paid social tools
• Light design chops in Figma or Canva
