ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Virtual Assistant. This role focuses on providing administrative support, managing daily tasks, and assisting with business operations for a growing U.S.-based organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and looking to build a career in administration or operations. No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided.
The Virtual Assistant will support managers and teams with scheduling, communication, data entry, and coordination in a fully remote environment.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in administrative support, coordination, customer support, or entry-level business roles.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on organization, communication skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments
- Respond to emails and assist with communication
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize documents, files, and spreadsheets
- Assist with meeting coordination (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
- Support managers with daily administrative tasks
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Assist with customer or internal inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Help streamline workflows and administrative processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous admin, customer service, or support experience
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems
- Experience with spreadsheets or data entry
- Exposure to remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
