Accounting Associate I

• Location: Pittsburgh Coraopolis, PA (Hybrid Tues / Thurs In office)
• Contract: W2 only, 6 month contract
• Pay: $ 18 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

Manage a portfolio of merchandise vendor accounts, including open invoices, shortage disputes, and proof of delivery details to ensure accurate inventory receipt and timely vendor payments. The role involves verifying physical receipt of products and systematic inventory updates, supporting store operations and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchandise vendor accounts, open invoices, shortage disputes, and proof of delivery details.
• Determine if product was physically received and the purchase order is systematically received into store's inventory.
• Review process ensures store's inventory is adjusted correctly.
• Ensure vendors are paid for product in a timely manner.
• Work effectively in a hybrid environment, with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
