Job Summary

Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Contract Compensation: $55 - 65 per hour

We are looking for a Freelance HTML5 Developer to join a specialized team within our client's in-house agency. This role is central to our client's Sales Program, involving intensive 2-week sprints every 60 days to build digital and web assets. Project assignments during these sprints may require up to full-time hours, pending content approval and production needs.

Cadence

Pre-planned Sales Programs occur roughly every 60 days, typically including a 2-week period of peak working hours.

Availability

Candidates must be available for up to full-time hours (40 hrs/week) during the designated 2-week sprint windows.

Equipment

Personal equipment is expected; Cella Email and related software will be provided.

Predictability

Sprint dates are usually scheduled 5-6 weeks in advance, allowing for planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HTML5 digital display ads in various sizes and related assets upon project approval.
  • Build engaging, interactive scrolling banners and elements without compromising performance.
  • Execute robust, interactive email templates that display flawlessly across major email clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables are SEO-optimized, fast-loading, and WCAG accessibility compliant.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to translate brand guidelines into technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • HTML5 & CSS/SASS: Expert-level semantic coding and sophisticated styling.
  • JavaScript & jQuery: Strong proficiency in creating interactive, dynamic user experiences.
  • Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks for streamlined development.
  • A deep understanding of SEO best practices and cross-browser compatibility.
  • A portfolio showcasing success across diverse industries and high-traffic environments.
