About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated AI Data Annotators (Canadian English) to support the development and enhancement of advanced AI-powered conversational systems. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and validate AI-generated content to help improve accuracy, quality, and overall user experience.

This opportunity is open to both entry-level and experienced professionals. Comprehensive paid training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify data to support AI model training and improvement.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Follow project guidelines, annotation standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in AI-generated content.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to enhance model performance.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while working remotely.
• Collaborate with project teams and participate in training sessions as needed.

Required Qualifications

For EN_CA Data Annotator:

• Native-level proficiency in Canadian English (EN_CA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web-based tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, transcription, or AI training projects.
• Experience reviewing written content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or conversational AI tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
