Job Description
This role focuses on building, shipping, and supporting AI-powered tools and automations for clients. It sits at the intersection of product thinking and AI engineering, utilizing tools like Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and AI-augmented low-code platforms to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth: Contributing new approaches, conducting R&D on AI tools, and helping to build department processes.
- Solutions Engineering & Client Delivery: Supporting scoping, shaping, and solutioning client engagements, evaluating technical feasibility, building demos, and contributing to proposals.
- Technical Execution: Owning end-to-end technical delivery, including project setup, system design, agentic design, hands-on building (Python-first stack), prompt engineering, data engineering, and deployment.
- Project & Quality Management: Tracking projects, communicating with clients technically, conducting code reviews, ensuring quality assurance, and managing handover and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience with AI development tools and platforms.
- Ability to frame complex problems and develop clear solutions.
- Enjoy ideating, building, and shipping products.
- Preference for autonomy and understanding the 'why' behind development.
- Comfort working with clients and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, shaping work environment.
- Proficiency in Python and lightweight web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Gradio).
- Experience with cloud platforms and serverless runtimes (e.g., AWS Lambda).
