About Us

We help homeowners connect with contractors. Your job is simple: when a lead comes in, you call them fast, talk to the homeowner, and get them booked on the calendar.

We provide you with scripts and answers to common questions. Your role requires you to enjoy being on the phone, follow through on commitments, and maintain organization.

The One Rule

A lead comes in, and you must call within 5 minutes. If you cannot commit to this response window between 9 am and 5 pm ET (Eastern Time, Detroit), this role is not suitable for you.

Who We're Looking For

  • You genuinely enjoy talking to people.
  • You are proactive and stay on top of tasks without reminders.
  • You consistently follow through on your commitments.
  • You hold yourself to a high standard, even without direct supervision.
  • You are organized and ensure no task is overlooked.

Experience in home improvement is a plus, but not required. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you can confidently converse with homeowners.

Pay and Hours

  • $1000/month
  • 5 to 10 leads per day initially
  • Starting part-time, with potential to move to full-time as the company scales.

This Role Might Not Be For You If:

  • You screen calls or delay callbacks.
  • You are not motivated during slower periods.
  • You are not genuinely enthusiastic about a phone-based position.
