Work From Home Book Paid Organizing Appointments

The Role:

You will get about 15 hours a week with a minimum of $20/hr.

You will work from home making calls to leads who have requested information about having us declutter and organize their homes. Your job is to be engaging, show that you care, listen, ask great questions, qualify them, and ultimately have them pay for a $125 in-home assessment that can be credited towards one of our packages. These calls generally last about 10-15 minutes.

You will need to have a computer, a good microphone or headset, and reliable internet.

Once someone has paid, you will input their information and your notes into our system where the appropriate city manager will be notified they have a new booked assessment.

We have an auto-dialer tool for new leads, but you will also have leads that have responded that you will follow up manually with over time.

We also use Slack as a communication channel where you will communicate with the team throughout the day.

Our shifts you would pick from are as follows:

M-Sat

• 10-1pm EASTERN
• 1-4pm EASTERN
• 5-8pm EASTERN

Sun

• 1-4pm EASTERN
• 5-8pm EASTERN

Training:

There is paid training and a script you will receive before you take calls of your own. You will also be able to listen to example calls.

Expectations:

• You can work more than 15 hours a week if the availability is there.
• You will be required to maintain at least 1 booking per 3 hours of logged time. Most of our reps are averaging 1-2 per 3 hours.

Pay:

The pay is a minimum of $20/hr, but the way it works out is $15/hr base + $20 per booked. If you don't have any booked, you will still be paid $20/hr minimum for your time.

Example hourly + bonus:

• If you are booking 1 per 3 hour shift = $21.60/hour
• If you are booking 2 per 3 hour shift = $28.33/hour
• If you are booking 3 per 3 hour shift = $35/hour
