The Role
AI is transforming business, and Gravitee is central to this evolution. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will shape the adoption of next-generation AI-driven digital experiences. You will engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored demos showcasing Gravitee's solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the technical sales process for new customer acquisition alongside Account Executives.
- Discover and analyze customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations, conducting Proof of Concepts, and engaging in technical discussions.
- Collaborate with new and existing partners to identify mutual opportunities and technical partnerships.
- Support existing customers alongside Customer Success Managers.
- Engage with marketing and product development teams to influence product direction and support content creation.

Essential Skills
- 5 years in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor.
- Proven ability to provide solutions and engage with technical customer personas (developers, architects).
- Skill in presenting advanced technical topics and delivering tailored demos.
- Experience in technology, preferably API management, IAM, or integration.
- Solid understanding of the AI Industry, modern Agentic tools, and protocols (MCP, A2A, LLM's).
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including OAuth Protocol and JWT.
- Proficiency in REST, JSON, and XML.
- Scripting experience (Java, JavaScript/Python preferred).
- Ability to design deployment architectures (HA, DR, etc.).
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD processes, and Linux/Windows environments.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Understanding of Event-Driven Architectures and APIs.
- Knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with Kafka, gRPC, GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI Agent frameworks/platforms.
