Support Engineer

We are working with a leading global technology company that delivers mission-critical software solutions to the broadcast industry, supporting thousands of TV channels worldwide.

They are now looking to hire a Support Engineer to support a growing portfolio of North American customers and projects.

This is a fully remote role, requiring someone based in the North American time zone.

The Role

You will play a key role across both project delivery and customer support, including:

  • Installing, configuring and commissioning software solutions
  • Supporting customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Working closely with development teams to replicate issues and support fixes
  • Delivering multiple concurrent projects and ensuring successful system deployment
  • Providing training and technical guidance to customers

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in broadcast, media, or similar technical environments
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience working in customer-facing support or project roles
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills

Additional Experience (Beneficial)

  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, networking, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with broadcast systems or media workflows
