We're seeking a Senior Paralegal with strong PERM case experience to manage high-volume labor certification cases in a fully remote environment. The Senior Paralegal will independently analyze information and documents and prepare/compile immigration casework for attorney review. The Senior Paralegal will also handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status.
What you'll do
- Manage high-volume PERM cases end-to-end.
- Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided.
- Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of PERM casework.
- Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients and foreign nationals.
- Track case progress using Envoy technology.
- Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager.
- Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies.
- Respond to client communication requests -- either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.
What you bring
- 5--6 years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions with a PERM focus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Experience handling large caseloads independently.
- A genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems.
- Experience in communicating directly with HR staff and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients.

Compensation
Annual Salary Range $75,000 -- $85,000.
