Clear Sky Collective (CSC), a brand & media partnerships agency, seeks a confident & experienced Partnerships Development Representative to join its fully remote team in a multifaceted role.
CSC was founded in 2020 by former leaders of the CFDA, Conde Nast and The Wing. Today, we work with some of the biggest names and top innovators in media & entertainment. We're hiring for two mission-critical roles that will shape the future of the company, and drive business for our clients across multiple sectors and disciplines.
What You'll Do
As a Partnerships Development Representative for Clear Sky, you'll develop & execute strategies to achieve our client's partnership goals, which range from revenue generation, to brand expansion & affinity. You'll be their primary point of contact and thought partner within CSC, while managing external campaigns and initiatives on their behalf.
- Full-Cycle Management: Develop prospect lists, outbound messaging, materials, and planning documents as needed to bring client opportunities to market.
- Targeted Prospecting: Lead outbound campaigns, leveraging CSC tools as well as your own relationships.
- Program Development & Ideation: Develop and present strategic concepts that align with prospect's goals, partnering with CSC and client teams where appropriate. Proactive, and in response to RFPs and requests.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Develop competitive deal terms & packages, revising as needed to get to close.
- Strategic Consultation: Contribute to CSC client GTM strategy development, providing market feedback and expert POV.
- Meeting & Event Attendance: Represent CSC and CSC clients at meetings and industry events.
- Client Service: Develop meeting agendas, program timelines, and other necessary deliverables, delivering a high level of service.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a partnerships or sales role, at an agency, brand, platform or portfolio
- Compelling, consultative communicator, across clients and prospects alike
- Comfortable with full-cycle partnership development, working autonomously, and rolling up sleeves
- Expert collaborator, problem-solver, doer
- Culturally fluent across media, entertainment, and consumer brands
- Experience and/or confidence building 360 programs, that may include Experiential, Podcast, Social, Influencers, Digital Media, Rights/Entitlements
- Experience in Kids & Family OR Hospitality/Culinary space
- Must love the work!
