We are expanding our internal team and looking for a driven Remote Sales Outreach Specialist who can not only hunt for new business but also cultivate long-term client relationships.

The Role

As a Remote Sales Outreach Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your objective goes beyond the initial close—you will actively manage your own book of business, ensuring client success and driving continuous, repeat placements to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). If you thrive on the hunt, excel at relationship building, and want uncapped earning potential, this is the room you want to be in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns, heavily focused on cold calling, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Closer Den clearly and persuasively to key B2B decision-makers.
  • Successfully close new accounts and manage the seamless handoff of high-ticket sales candidates.
  • Manage and Nurture Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their ongoing hiring needs are met.
  • Drive Repeat Business: Proactively foster long-term relationships to generate continuous repeat business and maximize client LTV.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, pipelines, and follow-ups within our CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outbound dial volume, closed deals, and account retention.

What We're Looking For

  • B2B Cold Calling Experience (MANDATORY): You must have a proven, verifiable track record of successfully cold calling B2B decision-makers. Please do not apply if you do not have direct B2B cold calling experience.
  • Relationship Builder: You don't just close deals; you know how to manage accounts and turn one-time buyers into lifetime partners.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills; you know how to command a cold call, hook attention, and handle objections seamlessly on the fly.
  • Drive: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing your own time effectively in a 100% remote environment.
  • Mindset: A resilient, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and is immune to rejection.

Compensation & Setup

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 100% Remote
  • Pay Structure: 100% Commission-Only (Uncapped). You eat what you kill, and by growing your clients' LTV, your earning potential is limitless.
