In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the evolution and stability of the core business solutions, bringing functional vision, analytical capacity, and effective execution to each initiative. You will lead the requirements gathering and solution design on the Oracle Retail platform, ensuring that technology enables real results for the company's operations.

Offices in Olivos, Buenos Aires, Argentina with a hybrid model: in-office 4 days a week. 1 day Work From Home.

What to expect from this role (Responsibilities)

• Gather and analyze business requirements in conjunction with functional and technical stakeholders.
• Design and document functional solutions on Oracle Retail platforms (RMS and associated modules).
• Participate in implementation projects and evolutionary improvements, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide first-level functional support for production incidents, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
• Execute and support functional tests, integrations, and data validations.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, development, QA, infrastructure).
• Ensure compliance with best practices and project management methodologies (agile or traditional).

Requirements

• 4 years of solid experience in Oracle Retail RMS.
• 2 years of experience in at least one other module (RPM, ReSA, SIM, RPAS, Allocation, or Merchandising).
• 4 years of experience in functional analysis and solution design.
• 3 years of experience in supporting production applications.
• 3 years of experience with Oracle databases (SQL for queries and validations).
• 3 years of experience in functional and technical documentation.
• Participation in at least 2 complete implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and excellent technical and business communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience in integration with other retail ecosystem systems.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
• In-depth knowledge of retail business processes (purchasing, inventory, pricing, logistics).
• Intermediate or advanced English level (technical reading and writing).
