About The Role

We are looking for a Virtual Data Analyst Full Time (100% Remote) to support reviewing structured records, preparing simple reports, checking data consistency, and supporting remote reporting workflows. This role is remote within the United States and is designed for someone who can work carefully, follow documented steps, and keep information organized across digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Review structured data sets, spreadsheets, and internal records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare simple summaries, queue updates, and recurring data reports for internal review.
• Compare submitted information against documented requirements and flag incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Maintain organized trackers, shared files, and data review notes for remote team visibility.
• Support quality checks for applicant records, operational lists, and internal reporting workflows.

Compensation And Schedule

The pay range for this role is $52,000 -- $74,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, schedule, role requirements, and business needs. This is a full-time remote schedule.
