Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Architect - Hybrid

Requirements

Must have:

• 10--15+ years of experience in HCM with extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Talent modules.
• Oracle Cloud Core HR and Talent certifications.
• Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong technical skills with HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, and Fast Formulas.
• Excellent client-facing abilities with experience in leading design workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business and transformation objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients regarding HR operating model transformations, HCM best practices, and emerging technology solutions.
• Design and configure Oracle HCM Workforce Development and Global HR modules to guarantee scalable and compliant system setups.
• Engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders, nurturing client relationships and driving successful program outcomes.
• Provide leadership within delivery teams by mentoring consultants, managing cross-functional resources, and promoting knowledge sharing.
