Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Success Coach (Sales). The Sucess Coach will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs, coaching sales professionals, and monitoring performance metrics to drive results. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized guidance, designing effective sales strategies, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating skill-building sessions to support sales teams in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Coaching and Sales Trainings
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in delivering impactful Coaching and Training sessions
  • Strategic thinking and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in high ticket sales or similar sales-focused roles is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and implement improvements
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
