The Opportunity

We're looking for a Chattanooga-based Client Lead who can fully own client relationships from start to finish. This is not traditional project management. It is about understanding the bigger picture, driving momentum, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are the connective tissue that keeps work moving, holds teams accountable, and keeps both clients and internal partners aligned and proactive.

This role sits at the intersection of communication, strategy, and execution. You will serve as the face of Commonstate, acting as a trusted partner to our clients and a clear bridge to our fulfillment team. Success means turning vision into action, removing friction before it becomes a problem, and consistently moving work forward with clarity, focus, and purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day client communication across email and Slack
  • Monitor and manage Help Desk inquiries, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-ups
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for both Direct and White Label clients
  • Translate client goals into clear direction for our fulfillment team
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned, on time, and meet client expectations
  • Refine and deliver monthly reporting notes, translating performance data into clear, client-ready insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, strategy, and overall client experience
  • Proactively surface insights, ideas, and recommendations to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships built on trust, clarity, and consistency
  • Meet with clients via Google Meet on a regular basis

Must Haves:

  • Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in our partnership
  • Internal teams have clear direction and context to execute effectively
  • Communication is proactive; not reactive
  • You can zoom out (strategy) and zoom in (execution details) when needed

Nice To Have:

  • Prior experience working in a marketing agency environment
  • Experience working with white label / agency partners
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday.com, GA4, AgencyAnalytics, etc.
  • Comfort reviewing performance data and translating it into client-friendly insights
