Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
- Bonus: Annual incentive up to 30%

Job Summary
Location: North Texas - Oklahoma Market (from the panhandle to Oklahoma)
Chartwells K12, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee K-12 food service operations. This multi-unit leadership role is responsible for approximately 12-14 school districts with a combined managed volume of $40-55 million.
As the leader, you will provide hands-on strategic oversight for district-level operations while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. This role focuses on financial performance, operational consistency, talent development, and growth. You will spend significant time in the field supporting accounts and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor overall financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies.
- Manage planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region.
- Participate in the sales process to grow the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of foodservice management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- High Volume, Multi-unit experience is a MUST.
