Job Summary

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid schedule)

The Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst brings a data-driven approach to solving company problems and providing strategic insight. The role entails ownership of key projects, including gathering, cleaning, and optimizing data for building dashboards, reports, models, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a curiosity about seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mentality to convert insights into strategic opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage complex analyses based on large-scale operational and financial data to measure performance, evaluate changes, and provide actionable insights.
• Research, hypothesize, and develop analytical approaches to interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Develop benchmarks, robust reporting, interactive dashboards, and key metrics to drive strategic planning and optimize profitability.
• Own cross-functional projects, interpreting and reporting results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build business cases for process changes and partner with stakeholders on design, testing, and implementation.
• Develop, update, and analyze metrics to determine operational and financial performance.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one data visualization tool (Qlikview/Qliksense preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake or other relational databases.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and employ critical thinking.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into visualizations and presentations.
• Self-motivated with a continual improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical concepts (regression, decision trees, random forest, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Python or R.
• Advanced degree or certificate in Statistics, Predictive Modeling, or Data Mining.
• Proven experience delivering predictive analytical solutions.
