Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Associate - Work from Home

Key Details:
- Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
- Training Duration: 4 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting. No absences allowed during training.
- Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM -- 11:00 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM -- 6:30 PM Saturday.
- Production Schedule: Assigned during training, flexible within hours of operation.
- Paid Time Off: Accrued after 180 days of employment.
- Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision start on the 1st day of employment.
- Training Schedule: Specific training days and hours, as well as initial shift details, will be provided during the interview.
About the Role
As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their prescription coverage. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems.
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a 4-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting. No absences are permitted during training.
- Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work weekends if needed based on call volumes.
- Incentives: Potential to earn up to an additional $4.00 per hour based on attendance and performance after moving to production.
Equipment and Workspace Requirements
- Equipment Provided: Computer, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset, Ethernet Cord, Power Cables.
- Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload speed required. Test at https://www.speedtest.net/.
- Connectivity: Must hardwire the work computer directly to the modem via Ethernet. Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable.
- Workspace: Must be quiet, distraction-free, clutter-free, and free from unauthorized electronics or writing utensils. No one else is allowed in the workspace during working hours.
