How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supports Business Unit objectives by acquiring, managing, and contributing market and company business information to enhance strategic decision-making. Leads or participates in market research projects to support departmental and business unit goals and market demand.
  • Transforms complex data into simple, visually compelling outputs.
  • Ensures the implementation of marketing information processes, systems, and reporting tools for managing and communicating information on customers, competitors, macroeconomic trends, and industry insights.
  • Supports the effectiveness and success of the USTMA program by participating in all program areas and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and optimization of the USTMA/CTA Statistical Program.
  • Analyzes information, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations using databases like USTMA and RL Polk to support sales and marketing objectives. Collaborates with stakeholders to continuously improve processes, support organizational goals, and enhance sales through consultative selling.
  • Manages the local coordination and execution of Business Unit planning phases (Strategy, Budget) in relevant geographies by analyzing market and sales evolution, synthesizing information, and managing the overall process, including team coordination and deadline adherence.
  • Researches and analyzes business data on new products, customers, competitors, and promotions, providing regular tracking of CTA positioning.
  • Develops and implements efficient market intelligence acquisition and collection structures and tools (e.g., for sales force data), ensuring integration and use within the department and during planning seasons.
  • Manages the briefing, planning, and execution of various surveys (ad-hoc and combined).
  • Leads and completes special research projects.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of relevant analytical experience
  • Strong Business Intelligence experience
  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to Senior Level Executives; strong communication skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders and strong customer focus skills
  • Market research knowledge, planning, and execution experience
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Relocation assistance may be offered.
