Job Description

The Analyst position focuses on coordinating survey distribution schedules, managing the course evaluation process, monitoring response rates, and ensuring data accuracy. This role involves managing survey platforms, ensuring consistent, ethical, and efficient processes college-wide, and supporting the college's online Factbook and Graduate Placement report. The analyst will also respond to other survey opportunities as they arise.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the survey schedule.
  • Initiating new survey or data reporting projects.

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance):

  1. 2+ Years of Experience with creating and administering surveys and data reports; working in platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer.
  2. 2+ Years of Experience with PBI or Tableau data visualization tools.
  3. 2+ Years of Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel.

Preferred Skills (Ranked by Importance):

  1. Experience with SQL or similar data-extraction methods.
  2. Bachelors Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Work Location: 100% Remote.
  • Candidate Location: Must be a CURRENT resident of the Central or Eastern Time Zones. No relocation allowed.
