Overview

CORT is seeking a full-time, remote, sales support and customer service associate. The Client Services coordinator provides support to online customers as well as the internal sales teams. The coordinator processes orders and service requests with the goal of accuracy in entry and creating an exceptional customer experience.

This is a remote position performed from the convenience of your home office. The ideal candidate is based in the Pacific time zone, however, other candidates located within other timezones but willing to work 9am-6pm Pacific will be considered.

Pay

$22 / hour

Schedule

9am-6pm Pacific Time, and you may be required to work up to 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the processing and closing of a rental agreement, following proper procedure and communication and follow up with appropriate departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work with Account Executives to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Facilitate all post-delivery transactions for existing customers.
  • Follow company and district procedures to protect store security and company assets.
  • Knowledge of CORT's array of products when product substitutions are necessary.
  • Interacting in a professional manner with internal employees and external customers.
  • Work with Account Executives to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Ability to utilize computer systems (Salesforce) to manage contact information, schedule, email communication, customer research, and internal communications.
  • The ability to work at least forty (40) hours per week, and additional hours, as needed.
  • Complete required productivity and tracking on a consistent and timely basis.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Experience with Microsoft office inlcuding Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (basic excel skills)
  • Prior customer service or sales support experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced envrionment with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
