What this is
This is not a calendar-and-coffee EA role. You'll be the CEO's right hand across admin, operations, reporting, and hands-on technical and marketing work. One day you're cleaning up a P&L, the next you're pulling numbers from the ad accounts, the next you're QA'ing a new feature or chasing down a vendor. If you like wearing a lot of hats and figuring things out without being handheld, you'll do well here.
What you'll own
- Admin & operations: Run the CEO's inbox, schedule, and follow-ups; keep projects moving so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Reporting & spreadsheets: Build and maintain dashboards, pull numbers from multiple sources, and turn messy data into clean, decision-ready summaries (strong Excel / Google Sheets is a must).
- Media buying: Help run and monitor paid campaigns, track spend and performance, and flag what's working and what isn't.
- Technical work: Get hands-on with internal tools, basic troubleshooting, light scripting or no-code work, and QA; you don't need to be an engineer, but you can't be afraid of technical work.
- General right-hand support: Whatever the CEO needs done, you make it happen, quickly and without drama.
You're a fit if
- You're fast, resourceful, and bias-toward-action --- you'd rather try, learn, and adjust than wait for perfect instructions.
- You're highly organized and keep many balls in the air without dropping them.
- You're comfortable with numbers --- you can build a formula and spot an error in a P&L.
- You're technically curious and pick up new tools, dashboards, and ad platforms quickly.
- You communicate clearly and directly, and don't bury the lead.
- You're discreet and trustworthy with sensitive business and financial information.
Bonus points
- Experience in a startup, e-commerce, SaaS, or direct-response/marketing environment.
- Hands-on time with ad platforms (Meta, Google).
- Familiarity with Shopify, QuickBooks, or analytics dashboards.
- Light experience with scripting, automation, or no-code tools.
