Location: Remote, Required to travel to DC area for occasional meetings

Scope

Serve as the lead technical expert responsible for the architecture, design, and development of custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• Must possess an active Secret or TS clearance.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
• Deep technical background (typically 7 years, including 3 years focusing on custom application development) in enterprise environments.
• Expert in custom application architecture, application lifecycle management, performance optimization, and code quality compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.

Tasks

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable application designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee the full application development lifecycle, provide technical leadership to development teams, and ensure the integration of new applications with existing systems.
• Establish development standards, review code for quality and compliance, and mentor team members to drive innovation and successful delivery of ServiceNow application solutions.
