We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to help clients transform how content is planned, created, reviewed, managed, and delivered across the Content Supply Chain.

As a Business Process Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor who bridges business strategy, process transformation, technology enablement, and optimization opportunity identification to help clients achieve scalable, efficient, and future-ready ways of working.

What You Will Do

  • Business Process Transformation: Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design of business processes, operating models, and ways of working across the Content Supply Chain. Identify inefficiencies, optimization opportunities, and AI use cases.
  • Content Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end content lifecycle processes. Develop scalable operating models, roles and responsibilities, and process standards.
  • Consulting & Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and guide transformation initiative recommendations.
  • Technology & AI Enablement: Partner with Solution Architects to align business processes with Adobe Workfront, AEM, and related technologies.
  • Methodology & Thought Leadership: Develop client process maps, operating model artifacts, and business requirements. Contribute to the development of repeatable business process methodologies.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, operating model design, process optimization, or transformation consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery efforts, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and design scalable business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience producing robust process documentation, including workflow analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience partnering with technology implementation teams.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, content operations, or related transformation initiatives is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud, and AI-enabled workflows.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Business Analysis Certifications (e.g., IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP)
  • BPMN or Process Improvement Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Adobe Workfront Certification

Additional Information

  • Travel: Approximately 10--20% travel.
  • Seattle Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD.
  • Hybrid Working Model: Employees work remotely two days a week and in-person three days a week.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
