We are looking for an enthusiastic GenAI and LLM Architect to add to Credera's Data capability group.

Role Overview

Our ideal candidate is excited about leading project-based teams in a client-facing role to analyze large data sets to derive insights through machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. You will act as the primary architect and technical lead on projects to scope and estimate work streams, architect and model technical solutions to meet business requirements, and serve as a technical expert in client communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large data sets to derive insights using ML and AI techniques.
  • Build, implement, and deploy enterprise-scale models into production environments.
  • Leverage full development lifecycle best practices for cloud and on-prem solutions.
  • Scope and estimate work streams and architect technical solutions.
  • Participate in design sessions, provision environments, and coach junior resources.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on statistical modeling and/or analytical experience.
  • Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field (PhD preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals (tokenization, embeddings, language modeling, etc.).
  • Experience with LangChain, data embedding using LLMs, Vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with visualization tools (RShiny, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients at both business and technical levels.
  • Experience implementing models on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
