Credera is seeking a professional to deliver on our vision of Connected Work, where we help clients understand, design, and build a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes. As a team member, you will lead the design and implementation of integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. This role is client-facing and focuses on solving complex technical challenges, connecting critical business systems, and delivering scalable, enterprise-level solutions that align with client objectives, all while optimizing content supply chain processes.

What You Will Do

  • Integration Design: Design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront Workflow with systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and others.
  • Build System Architecture: Develop scalable system architectures to solve complex technical problems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation to achieve client business objectives.
  • Configure iPaaS Solutions: Configure and implement Workfront Fusion to create robust integrations and automations, including:
    • Workfront automations to streamline project management and task workflows.
    • Integrations with Adobe to access campaign briefs, target personas, timelines, and product messaging from Workfront Planning to streamline marketing workflows.
    • Integrations with AEM for content delivery and asset management.
    • Connections to other third-party SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, JIRA) to enable end-to-end content supply chain efficiency.
  • Strategic Consulting: Facilitate high-level consulting sessions to translate complex business needs into robust integration architectures.
  • Trusted Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies to align with business goals.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and address pressing technical challenges.
  • Testing & Deployment: Support the development and execution of testing plans for integrations, ensuring data integrity and readiness for successful deployments.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes, integrating with AEM and GenAI tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical, creative, and customer success teams to ensure integrations align with AEM, GenAI, and other platforms.

Who You Are

  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in consulting for SaaS or content supply chain environments is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks:
    • Authentication methods such as OAuth/HTTP basic auth/API keys.
    • Web services such as REST/SOAP.
    • Data and file formats such as XML/JSON/PDF/CSV/MD.
  • Strong experience connecting Workfront to systems like Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, and AEM to other SaaS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Workfront's architecture and capabilities.
  • Understanding of content supply chain workflows and ability to apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience leading requirements gathering and facilitating strategic workshops.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion certification is required; Adobe Workfront certification is highly preferred.

Additional Information

  • Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
  • Compensation: For individuals hired in Colorado, the pay range is $160,000-$200,000 USD.
  • Hybrid Working Model: Employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, with three days in person.
