Most insurance agencies ask you to build your own book from scratch. Cold calls. Door knocking. Months of grind before your first paycheck.

Cresso Health is different. We pre-qualify and coordinate in-home appointments for Medicare Advantage, ACA, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage across all major and regional carriers. You show up, consult, enroll, and move on to the next one. We've done the prospecting. You do the selling.

That's it. That's the model.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (1099 Commission-Based)

  • $75 per policy you successfully enroll
  • $25/month per member for the first 3 months post-enrollment

Example: An agent closing 10 policies/month makes $750 in immediate commissions, plus $250 in recurring monthly revenue from new enrollments. At 20 policies/month, that's $1,500 immediate $500 monthly.

You're fully 1099. No salary floor. No territory restrictions. No caps on earnings. Your effort directly determines your income.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO (DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Attend 3-5 pre-qualified, scheduled in-home appointments per day. Clients are expecting you. No cold calling.
  • Consult on Medicare Advantage, ACA, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage using our Sunfire platform. Quote and enroll across major carriers in minutes.
  • Manage your own schedule and follow-up pipeline. Work nights, weekends, part-time, or full-time --- your choice.
  • Stay compliant on state licensing and carrier regulations. We handle carrier relations and regulatory updates.
  • Build real relationships with clients. Our sales approach is rooted in community trust and client satisfaction --- this drives referrals and dramatically reduces cancellations, protecting your recurring income long-term.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Health & Life Insurance License (minimum 1 state, or 4 for fully remote work)
  • Clean compliance history with carriers and state regulators
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage your schedule
  • Consistent agency history demonstrating commitment and stability
  • Professional client-first approach to in-home consulting
  • Full disclosure of any concurrent employment at application

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medicare Advantage or ACA sales experience
  • Multi-state licensing
  • Experience building downline agency structures
