Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for change management and process improvement initiatives across Business programs
- Assist in gathering information related to system enhancements, business process updates, and operational changes that need to be communicated to field teams
- Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of process documentation, including training materials, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids
- Help prepare training assets such as presentation decks, user guides, quick-reference documents, and field readiness materials based on provided direction
- Format, organize, and maintain version control of documentation and training assets to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Participate in working sessions, stakeholder walkthroughs, and review meetings to capture requirements, feedback, and updates for documentation and training content
- Support change-related communications by drafting messaging, coordinating updates, and helping ensure timely communication to impacted teams
- Maintain centralized repositories for process documentation and training materials to ensure accessibility and ongoing accuracy
- Perform additional support activities related to documentation, training, and organizational change management as requested by project and change leadership
Qualifications
- Experience supporting change management, process improvement, training coordination, or business operations initiatives
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear, organized, and user-friendly materials
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and incorporating stakeholder feedback
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from project and change leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting change management efforts in large enterprise environments
- Telecommunications experience preferred
- Familiarity with training development, process mapping, or operational readiness activities
- Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
