Requirements

• Create structured digital workspaces reflecting grant proposals, budgets, compliance protocols, financial reporting, and operational documentation.
• Design complex, multi-system workflows involving tools such as SharePoint, Box, DocuSign, and workforce platforms.
• Translate real research-administration processes into structured task specifications and evaluation frameworks.
• Contribute expertise across grants management, sponsored programs, research compliance, or core-facility operations.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and writing to ensure clarity, realism, and rigor in task design.
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional experts to review and improve task quality.
• Leverage familiarity with research systems, documentation standards, and institutional workflows.
