Core academics are completed in a concentrated time block using AI-supported learning, allowing students to dedicate the remainder of their day to real-world skill development through projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the first substantive contact for families considering this option.

Your week will center on responding promptly to new inquiries, shepherding families through the admissions journey, and advancing them from curiosity to confirmed enrollment. You will also act as a representative of Unbound Academy at community events to cultivate new leads and raise visibility in your region. During slower enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next intake cycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24-hour window and beginning admissions discussions via phone
• Articulating Unbound Academy's virtual learning structure and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application to final enrollment
• Recording all engagements in a CRM with detailed notes, defined next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and capture prospective families

• Allowing inbound leads to remain unaddressed while you focus on administrative tasks
• Relying on scripted dialogue or functioning in a high-volume call center environment
• Participating in events without actively presenting the school or pursuing lead generation

Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing capacity
• Background working with children or families (including schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
• Confident making regular phone calls and supporting families through multi-step enrollment procedures
• Excellent verbal communication abilities with a talent for quickly establishing trust
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Prior experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Background organizing or leading presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
• Academic coursework or professional experience in communications, education, or a related discipline

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $25 USD/hour, which equates to $50,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
