The Role
We are hiring a Director of Finance to serve as our central FP&A leader and financial operator. Sitting at the intersection of forecasting and execution, you will own the financial model while partnering cross-functionally to drive accountability business-wide. You will also ensure our financials and reporting are prepared to withstand rigorous investor and buyer scrutiny during future strategic milestones.
What You'll Do
- Own the Model: Build and maintain the full three-statement operating model, including revenue, headcount, CAC, and retention.
- Lead FP&A: Direct all budgeting, forecasting, and rolling re-forecast cycles to guide executive decision-making.
- Drive SaaS Performance: Partner with GTM and Product leads to optimize LTV, payback, and retention metrics.
- Ensure Transaction Readiness: Prepare financials, data rooms, and strategic materials for board members and potential investors.
- Operationalize Insights: Translate complex financial data into actionable plans for pricing, cost controls, and hiring.
- Modernize Infrastructure: Implement scalable tools and processes to enable real-time KPI reporting and dashboards.
- Enforce Accountability: Collaborate with leadership to set performance targets and drive business-wide efficiency.
- Support Strategic Scenarios: Conduct rigorous financial analysis to evaluate potential M&A or expansion opportunities.
What You Need for This Position
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
- 8+ years of Finance experience (at least 3 in leadership).
- Expert-level SaaS financial modeling.
- Experience scaling financial infrastructure.
- Transaction/M&A diligence experience.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills.
- Advanced proficiency in finance software.
- Start up experience highly preferred.
