Company Overview

We are a rapidly growing Wealth Tech company that recently secured $200MM in funding. Since 2012, we have provided an intuitive, web-based CRM that helps financial advisors—from solo practitioners to enterprise firms—manage their books of business and accelerate growth. We are a remote-first organization with a distributed team across the country.

The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will act as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding, managing integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure our users get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex onboarding and integration processes.
  • Assist with product configurations across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our users.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, chat, and video.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting SaaS applications.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud offerings, tools, operating systems, and browsers.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in multi-channel client support.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
