Position Overview

Permanently 100% Remote, EST Preferred

Salary: $75-$90k Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. We are thrilled to announce we just closed $200MM in funding and are scaling rapidly. Our CRM helps solo financial advisors and enterprise firms manage their book of business and increase sales.

We are a Series B funded company, established in 2012, with 150 employees. We are a remote-first organization with a distributed team across the country.

Requirements

We are hiring an Enterprise Customer Education Specialist experienced with:

• B2B SaaS
• Onboarding and implementation
• Experience in financial services or working with financial advisors is a big plus, but not required!

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Guide customers through our platform and conduct discovery.
• Make client workflows more efficient within our system.
• Track onboarding progress, identify, and address issues as needed.
