About the Role

Backed by the same leaders of a first of its kind ecommerce company (doing $100M in revenue), we are a digital product studio focused on building a team and process that allows high-impact work. Our expertise in ecommerce is unparalleled, and we are looking for team members who seek an opportunity to rise with us!

Our work is grounded in our three pillars: 1) data-driven decisions, 2) impact-first designs, and 3) elegant technology solutions. We are looking for a professional who can own client relationships, shape product direction, and lead cross-functional teams to execution. You will serve as the connective tissue between clients, designers, developers, and stakeholders—balancing vision with velocity.

What You Need for This Position

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • MUST HAVE demonstrated product strategy capability, including shaping roadmap direction, running A/B tests, interpreting data to drive decisions, and advising clients on strategic tradeoffs that align product outcomes with business goals.
  • Proven success in agency or in-house ecommerce environments working with ecommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including themes, apps, checkout, and analytics.
  • Strategy experience: Track record in product strategy, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Full product lifecycle ownership experience.
  • Comfortable interfacing with technical teams.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Client leadership skills: Ability to lead client conversations independently.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead product strategy for Shopify-based ecommerce experiences, from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Translate business goals into product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Manage day-to-day project delivery across agile pods (design, dev, QA), ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Serve as the primary client contact—facilitating workshops, presenting roadmaps, and building trust.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize features and optimize user flows.
  • Identify growth opportunities through CRO, retention, and personalization strategies.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior PMs or strategists.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: We cover 100% of your medical and dental insurance premiums.
  • Generous Time Off: Enjoy 15 days of paid time off annually, plus 12 paid holidays across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Paid Winter Break: We shut down during the final week of the year—fully paid.
  • Sick Leave: 5 paid sick days each year.
  • Remote-First Culture: Work from anywhere in North America with at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
  • Professional Growth Time: Dedicated time each month for learning, coaching, and industry events.
  • Home Office Setup: We provide a Mac and contribute to your remote workspace.
