Position Overview

Workforce Management industry role requiring knowledge of Payroll, HR, and Union reporting.

  • Location: Fully REMOTE
  • Salary: Up to $110,000 depending on experience and skills

We are a software technology company focused in the workforce management space. The Solutions Consultant plays a key role working closely with our clients, successfully implementing our products to their specific needs. This is both a technical and customer-facing position involving requirements gathering, solution design, building, and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas, and design and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate ideas, findings, and recommendations.
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis with customers.
  • Document and clearly communicate project outcomes and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to align on solutions.
  • Configure software systems to meet client requirements.
  • Work closely with clients, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Ensure solutions align with business needs and objectives.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and support validation activities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business goals and requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Provide support across all customer environments, including development and production.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in HR, payroll; union reporting knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on solutions.
  • Advanced technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience creating reports and delivering presentations.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful project delivery.
