Job Description

The client is currently on SAP ECC and seeking an experienced professional for the role of SAP Basis with SAP RISE & SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall SAP platform strategy, roadmap, and operations across ECC, S4, BI, SAP HANA, integration components, and related tools.
• Provide significant, hands-on experience with RISE with SAP and SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, Private Edition.
• Understand SAP's roles and responsibilities, hyperscaler infrastructure, and the shared responsibility model.
• Lead SAP Basis/platform teams, including managing offshore or distributed delivery models.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in SAP Basis administration, including:
  • System copies
  • Client strategy
  • Performance tuning
  • Transport management
  • Monitoring tools
  • Backup/restore
  • High availability/disaster recovery
• Possess a strong understanding of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and integration technologies.
• Be familiar with SAP security and authorizations concepts, and collaborate with security and audit teams.

Qualifications:

• 15 years of SAP experience.
• Strong background in SAP Basis and infrastructure.
